Latest Information About the Upcoming Missouri Lions Convention

“Early Bird” registration ends February 14th, 2023. The drawing for the “Weekend in Branson” prize will be held during the convention.
The Missouri State Lions Golf Tournament previously planned for April 19th, has been cancelled.
A special selection of tickets are available for the Presley’s Theatre Performance on Thursday evening, April 20th, 2023. Please complete the order form and submit it with your convention registration form. Tickets must be ordered through the Convention Committee to receive the special group rate of $30 and to be seated with the Missouri Lions. This is optional and not included in the Convention registration fee.
Our service project this year will benefit “Suitcases for New Beginnings”. This organization provides suitcases and duffel bags for new foster children entering the program so they will have something to contain their belongings and provide a few basic needs. We request your generous donations; please see the flyer for suggestions of needed items. Cash donations are also accepted.
The ever-popular Silent Auction will be held during Hospitality Night on Friday, April 21st, 2023. All proceeds will be donated to LCIF. We request your donations of gift baskets, new items, or very gently loved items for this event.
Sponsorship opportunities for businesses are available this year. If you know of a business that might like to sponsor Missouri Lions and receive statewide recognition, please share this opportunity with them. Several levels of recognition are available.
Exhibitors’ tables will be available for profit & non-profit on Friday & Saturday of the convention. More information is outlined on the Exhibitors Table Request Form.
Hotel reservations must be made with the Thousand Hills Resort, 120 S. Wildwood Dr., Branson, MO. (417) 335-5768. Convention Rate is $129.95. You must mention “Missouri Lions Club” to receive the group rate. !—>Deadline is March 21st, 2023.<—!
We are excited to announce that Credit Card payment is available this year! On the Convention registration form, there is a box at the bottom to check if you want to pay with a credit card. Send in your registration form (without credit card information); you will then receive an invoice via email providing directions for paying online. (This method keeps your information secure and payment goes directly to the bank.)
